Sponsoring H1B Work Permits and sending engineers, including the future owner/director. This expansion broadened IMS's service offerings and client base internationally.
Management Buy-Out (MBO)
The original IMS founder agreed to a Management Buy-Out (MBO) with a long-standing colleague. This transition aimed to start a new growth chapter, leveraging the new owner's extensive experience in the Services Industry.
